Welcome to CarbonGraph

CarbonGraph is the product insight and reduction roadmap company. When you know your product, across its entire life cycle, you're empowered to take control of your impacts and optimize your performance. In this series, we'll show you everything you need to know to build detailed assessments and set effective reduction roadmaps that cut environmental impacts and cost.

Understanding Cards in CarbonGraph

There are two main types of cards in CarbonGraph. First, there are impact cards that describe a material and its environmental impacts. There are also transforming cards that describe product systems and don't (usually) carry impacts of their own. In this video, we'll look at both basic types of cards.

Building a Simple Model

In this video, we'll build our first simple LCA model from a "blank canvas." While there are other ways to build models (like with EcoScan, or uploading Bills of Materials), it's useful to get comfortable with the core modeling functions of the platform inside of the Graph View.

Intro to Parameters & Scenarios

In this video, we use the model from the last video – the simple toothbrush LCA – to introduce parameters and scenarios. We explore how to use parameters (expressions and functions) to run multiple scenarios side-by-side, and begin exploring the biggest opportunities to reduce the impacts of our products.
